The MENA Region
The area described as MENA (Middle East and North Africa) is a diverse group of 20 nations, stretching 3,000 miles from Morroco in the west to Iran in the east.
An important region of 300m people and a median age of 25, nearly 60% of the world’s crude oil reserves, and 45% of gas, are in the region.
A fast growing middle class with attendant high disposable income are a major attraction to companies seeking to grow their presence, and in the next decade the population is forecast at 400m, with 500m by 2050 years. (Source: The World Bank)
