Terms
In these conditions the term ‘company’ means Bluestone FZ LLE, ‘Event’ means the Arabian Gateway global series 2014 and ‘delegate’ means the party who registers for the delegate place. All delegate registrations that are accepted by the company are subject to the following conditions.  No other conditions will be binding unless agreed in writing by the company and the delegate.

Delegate registration will be deemed an acceptance of these conditions. The delegate shall at all times comply with any requirements imposed on the company by the venue or any Municipal or other competent authority on written notice of such being given to the delegate by the company.

General
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be the DIFC. The language to be used in the arbitration shall be English.

Loss / Damage
If it appears to the company that a delegate may be engaged in activities which are deemed to be contrary to the best interests of the event, or which appear unethical or to be in breach of the law, the company reserves the right to exclude or eject any persons from the event.  The delegate will be liable for any liabilities arising, save where the delegate establishes negligence or bad faith by the company. The company will not be liable for any loss resulting from an exclusion of this nature.

The company, its employees or agents shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the person or property of the delegate, his employees, representatives or guests. The delegate shall assure the company in respect of all or any liability, loss, cost or expenses which might ensue from any cause whatsoever relating to the event and the delegates’ participation in it except where incurred or sustained by the company as a result of any damage or injury caused by the company or by the official contractors appointed by the company.

In the event that the company decides to re-site the event to another venue and/or change the event date for reasons other than already stated herein before, the delegate agreement will still apply.  The company shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss however so arising.

If the premises of the event, in the sole determination of the company, becomes unfit or unavailable for occupancy, or shall be substantially interfered with, by reason of fire, flood, tempest or any other such cause or as a result of government intervention, malicious damage, acts of war, strike, lock-out, labor dispute, riot or any other cause or agency over which the company has no control, or should the company decide that owing to any such cause or agency it is necessary or advisable to cancel, postpone or re-site the event or reduce the planned period for preparation, display or dismantling, the company shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the delegate in respect of any damage or loss direct or indirect as a result thereof.

Booking Conditions / Payment
Bookings made prior to the event must be paid at the time of booking in full to guarantee your registration. Click here to read through what is included in our registration details.

The conference fee covers entrance to all sessions, conference documentation, coffee/refreshment breaks, lunch and evening reception, Zawya Thomson Reuters’ annual subscription and all the items listed in the registration page on our website. Bluestone FZ LLE reserves the right to make alterations to the conferences program, venue and timings at any time.

Cancellations/ Substitutions
We appreciate that sometimes you are unable to attend, in which case we are happy to welcome a substitute delegate. Please contact us at (info@arabiangateway.com) and let us know within ten working days of the conference in writing to confirm this. Full payment is required on booking the delegate place. The cancellation terms after the payment date are valid until:

Booking date until (December 31st, 2013)	50% Refund
(January 1st, 2014 until March 31st 2014)	10% Refund
(April 1st, 2014) Onwards	No Refund

To help us ensure that all delegates attending the conference are able to participate fully, please contact us at (info@arabiangateway.com) for any requirements and suggestions.

Dietary Requirements
We always provide vegetarian options at our conferences, but please contact us at (info@arabiangateway.com) if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements.

Conference Language

 The event will be hosted in English. However Arabian Gateway can arrange the assistance of translators under request.  Please contact us at (info@arabiangateway.com) to proceed with this arrangement.

Privacy Policy
Bluestone FZ LLE are committed to protecting your privacy and security. From time to time we may invite you to supply personal information in order for us to provide you with services (such as access to subscriber-only services and email newsletters). By submitting your personal information, you consent to such processing and transfers in connection with such orders, offers or services and for any other purposes to which you consent at the time you provide the information.

As a registered delegate your name and contact details will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring companies and to all attendees (on a search facility on our website accessible only by a password) for them to see who else is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. If you do not wish your details to be included on the delegate list please contact us in writing by email to (info@arabiangateway.com).

By entering your details, you agree to allow Bluestone FZ LLE and companies associated with this event to contact you (by mail, email, telephone, SMS or fax) regarding their services. If you do not wish to receive mailings from other carefully selected companies please contact us in writing. The delegate should write to us at (info@arabiangateway.com) to confirm.

Cookies
Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalized service. Delegate Packs
Confirmation will be sent to the delegate involved immediately and all correspondence will be via email, website, telephone, or post (where appropriate). Delegates will receive a password to access their online account where all correspondence will be stored, notifications given and travel arrangements made and confirmed.

Event Information Copyright
Content downloaded by the delegate relevant to the information and guidance shared at the event is subject to Arabian Gateway or third party copyright or other intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise specified in writing by the organizers, the delegate may not re-sell, re-distribute or relay any downloaded content. The delegate may only copy or record such downloaded content for its own private and non-commercial use.

Any downloaded or saved content is done so at the delegate’s own risk and Arabian Gateway accepts no responsibility for corruption or loss or for any damage to guest members’ equipment.
